Meyer Associates Inc ("MAI") is committed to protecting the privacy and the personal information provided to us by our prospects, customers and clients. Therefore we have established policies to protect personal information that we collect in the normal course of business.

• Information collected from customers and prospects in the normal course of business will be disseminated only to the client that has a legitimate business interest. All confidential personal information is stored in operating environments that employ reasonable security measures and is not available to the general public.
• MAI is committed to the protection of the privacy of our clients, our customers and our prospects. All prospects or customers that request MAI to remove them for our calling database will be removed from all calling campaigns within 3 business days.
• All MAI Telemarketing Service Representatives are required to honor all Do Not Call requests made by clients, customers or prospects.
• MAI is a member of the American Teleservices Association and the Direct Marketing Association and adheres to their policies and ethical guidelines for conducting Telemarketing Campaigns.
• MAI is committed to following the Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Communications Commission regulations including but not limited to the Telemarketing Sales Rules and the national Do Not Call list. We subscribe to all federal and state suppression lists and fulfill all state registration requirements.
• During the normal course of business if we use an outside list of prospects then MAI will comply with all federal and state regulations regarding the removal of prospects or customers. We will run all outside lists against our current in-house suppression list and remove those names from the campaign prior to beginning a new telemarketing campaign.
• MAI's success in the telemarketing industry has been a direct result of our efforts to voluntarily comply with all Association guidelines, Federal regulations and state laws. It is our intention to treat all our clients, customers and prospects with respect and concern for their privacy. Therefore we are committed to our current policies and their enforcement.

Meyer Associates Inc. Web and E-mail Policy
We collect the e-mail addresses of those individuals who communicate with us via e-mail or via our website. The collected e-mail address will not be sold or disclosed to outside parties. This information is used to communicate with the sender regarding inquiries, processing payments, and provide information. Individuals who request information from MAI and its services who supply their name and address will be added to our database to receive postal mailings in the future from MAI or its clients.
